STUNNING DETACHED PROPERTY WITH GARDENS GAMES HOT TUB AND SAUNA SLEEPS 12 1 This beautiful detached bungalow offers comfortable stylish accommodation and has been finished to a high standard throughout complete with a relaxing spa room overlooking the beautiful private gardens. This delightful property is approximately 10 miles away from the sandy beach at New Quay along the Cardigan Coast with its array of restaurants pubs cafes and shops and offering water sports including sailing power boating windsurfing paddle boarding and kayaking. Boat trips from New Quay run seasonally offering dolphin watching cruises and fishing trips. Other attractions and activities include horse riding at Tynfron Riding Stables walking the Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire Coast Paths and Dolaucothi Gold Mines. Folly Farm Adventure Park and Oakwood Theme Park offer a great day out for families with children. A 20 minute drive brings you to the town of Aberaeron and drive further on to Aberystwyth. Leisure facilities: small gym room with Smart Bike AB Circle and step ups. Hot tub room with iPod dock sauna and showering facility. Opposite the property across the road is a 3 acre field with large pond for carp fishing. Games/play facilities: outdoors trampoline and swing ball. Bouncy castle available by prior request direct with the owner. Indoors is a conservatory with pool table and poker table. The accommodation sits within 6 acres of land and offers SIX bedrooms: on the ground floor 1 super king-size with built-in TV and an en-suite with corner bath shower WC and views over the garden. 1 double with additional single bed en-suite shower and WC and 1 further double with large en-suite shower and WC. Set in the eaves of the house with restricted head room 1 double with an additional single bed with a sink and WC 1 double with a sink and WC and 1 further double. Bathroom: downstairs with shower over spa bath double sink and WC. Lounge: with wall mounted SkyTV/DVD iPod dock electric pebble effect fire and Wii with a selection of games. Dining room: with seating for 8. Kitchen/breakfast room: with oven and gas hob American Style fridge/freezer additional fridge dishwasher microwave coffee machine hi-fi and SkyTV. Utility: with washing machine tumble dryer and large chest freezer. Outside: private enclosed garden at the rear of the property with large patio BBQ and seating. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen electric and central heating included. Wi-fi available however guests are advised that this is by satellite and restricted usage applies. 200 security deposit required payable direct to owner on arrival. Regret no smoking in the property. 2 well-behaved dogs by arrangement. Additional info: the groundsman lives at the entrance of the driveway on site. Location: beach 10 miles pub and shop in Mydroilyn 2.5 miles. Arrival: 3.30pm.
